nytaire.com is operated by nytaire (“nytaire”, “we”, “us”). nytaire is a pre-launch consumer product brand. You can contact us at hello@nytaire.com. If a limited company is incorporated in future, these terms will be assigned to that company and updated accordingly.

The nytaire device described on this website is a product in development. It is not yet available for purchase, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. All product information on this site — including specifications, performance figures, features, appearance, colours, pricing indications and launch timing — is indicative, reflects our current engineering targets and plans, and is subject to change or withdrawal without notice as development progresses.

Statements about what the product will do, when it will launch and what it will cost are forward-looking statements, made in good faith, that depend on engineering, manufacturing, regulatory and commercial factors that are not all within our control. We may modify, delay or cancel the product at our discretion.

• Joining the waitlist is free. No payment is taken, and joining does not create any contract of sale, pre-order, reservation of stock, or obligation on us to supply a product to you.
• Membership entitles you to receive updates about nytaire’s development and launch by email. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Any founding-member or early-supporter benefits we describe (such as launch pricing or priority access) are discretionary until confirmed to you in writing at the time orders open, and are personal to you and non-transferable.
• Survey responses you provide are voluntary and help us shape the product. By submitting them you permit us to use them, in anonymised and aggregated form, in our product planning and communications.
• We may close, pause or reset the waitlist at any time.

Quotes displayed on this site are drawn from responses submitted by waitlist members and survey participants. They reflect those individuals’ expectations of a product in development, not experience of a finished product, and are edited only for length and clarity.

The nytaire technology is the subject of a United Kingdom patent application filed on 19 May 2026 (patent pending)and the nytaire name is the subject of a UK trade mark application. All content on this site — including text, images, renders, videos, logos, page designs and the underlying technology descriptions — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use any content or described technology for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to our intellectual property.

You must not misuse this site. In particular you must not:

• ×attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• ×introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
• ×use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or data from the site;
• ×submit false or misleading information, or join the waitlist using another person’s email address without their consent.

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, social media platforms). We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that the site or its content is complete, accurate, up to date or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Because the site is free to use, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example when we incorporate, open pre-orders, or launch sales (at which point separate terms of sale will apply). The effective date at the top will always show when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
