nytaire is a pre-launch consumer product brand based in the United Arab Emirates with intellectual property registered in the United Kingdom. If a limited company is incorporated in future, that company will become the data controller and this policy will be updated.

Survey responses

Three optional questions after signup: which sleeper type best describes you, how often overheating disrupts your sleep, and what you would expect a product like this to cost. You can skip these.

Technical data

IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (country/city level), pages visited and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We will never sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Mailchimp

(Intuit Mailchimp, United States) — stores the waitlist and sends our emails.

Google Analytics

(Google) — receives website usage and device information if you consent to analytics and advertising cookies.

TikTok

(TikTok) — receives advertising measurement events if you consent to analytics and advertising cookies.

Meta

(Meta Platforms) — receives advertising measurement events if you consent to advertising cookies.

Our website hosting provider

The company that hosts nytaire.com processes technical data necessary to serve the site.

Each provider is bound by its own data processing terms and may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

nytaire is operated from the United Arab Emirates, and our email provider is based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer UK or EEA personal data, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where applicable, our providers’ certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.

Waitlist emails

Kept until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after our first product launch, whichever comes first, after which the list is reviewed and inactive contacts are deleted.

Survey responses

Anonymised and aggregated for analysis; identifiable responses are deleted within 24 months of collection.

Technical data

Retained for up to 26 months in analytics systems, then deleted or anonymised.

If you unsubscribe, we remove you from marketing lists promptly. A minimal suppression record (your email address only) may be kept so we do not accidentally email you again.

Under UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• →correction of inaccurate data (rectification);
• →deletion of your data (erasure);
• →restriction of, or objection to, our processing;
• →receive your data in a portable format (portability);
• →withdraw consent at any time— every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can email us.

To exercise any right, email hello@nytaire.com. We respond within one month. You will never be charged for a reasonable request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in the EU, to your local supervisory authority (for Ireland, the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Your data is stored with established providers that maintain industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit. Access to the waitlist is restricted to the founder and any personnel who genuinely need it.
